Affordable, healthy housing is a critical, foundational component of any effort to address the region's racial health, income, and wealth gaps.LISC engaged many local partners, including community leaders of color and organizations serving communities of color, in the planning for this RFI. 

LISC is working work with a multidisciplinary team of affordable housing users, designers, developers, funders, and construction professionals to plan for the collaborative design, and prototype construction, of two-three affordable housing designs to be locally produced and deployed at scale in Western New York.
